Workshop space is limited so it's best to reserve your place early. A deposit of $1000.00 is due April 15, 2005. Full payment is due July 1, 2005. Once your deposit is received, you will receive confirmation by mail, along with additional information regarding travel schedules.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds minus $200 will be made for cancellations received before May 1st , 2005. After May 1, 2005 deposits become non-refundable.
Please Note: Either workshop may be cancelled if a minimum number of participants do not sign up by April 15th. In such event all registrants shall be notified and all monies received shall be returned.
